iDesign Power Speaker Stereo for iPad Tablet

Great Speaker, Bought this speaker for my wife for Christmas. The speaker sounds awesome....The layout, finish, remote, buttons are top notch. So why one star... Well, the speaker drops all low end sound when using anything except the "ipod" app (I.e. Pandora, Youtube, etc.). I emailed Brookstone to find out if/what they were going to do to fix it and got no answer.
The store stated they were told to sell them up until Christmas then pull them as they know they are defected.

If they fix the one major issue the speaker is a five star all the way. If not Brookstone and the speaker get one star from me.
